Stanley El is Founder and President of The National Society of American Business Owners. He has nearly 40 years experience in business and economic development, marketing, and multimedia serving organizations ranging in size from Fortune 500 companies to one-person businesses. He began his professional career as an entrepreneur at age 17. He received his first consulting job at age 19 and began working with national companies in 1978, at age 23.
Stanley is the world’s authority in American Business Ownership Development(TM) establishing his methods since 1983. His book titled,
“American Business Ownership Development: In God We Trust,” is a reflection of this work. Specializing in business and personal development, Stanley has served as a business development and marketing strategist, speaker, facilitator, trainer, writer and artist promoting High-Growth and Ideals in American Business.
Stanley is a Past-President and Chairman of the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter American Marketing Association (AMA). He has also served the AMA as Chairman of their Parlin Board of Governors (an international marketing award selection committee). Stanley writes and speaks on personal and organization development. Stanley began his first solo radio career in 1996 with his Beyond the Barriers’ commentary, which premiered on WNWR FM in Philadelphia.
Stanley’s foundation comes from studies in Universal Law. He has written over 200 articles for radio and print media. He has been quoted as a marketing and business development authority in several regional publications including the Philadelphia Business Journal. The Courier Post referred to him as “Marketing Guru” and “Man on a Mission”. He has been featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer and several other regional publications.

‘The American Dream’ weekly radio program first premiered August 1997 and is sponsored by The National Society of American Business Owners and Rowan Radio 89.7 WGLS FM at Rowan University, Glassboro, New Jersey. The American Dream is a half hour radio program addressing the issues of opportunity and prosperity. The American Dream also aims to inspire, educate, and strengthen those in pursuit of their Dreams. The show includes ‘Beyond the Barriers’ which is Stanley’s attempt to inspire audiences.
Stanley is also a youth advocate. He is chairperson of Learning for Life, a division of the Southern New Jersey Boy Scouts Council and a member of the Council’s Board of Directors. Stanley has a wonderful wife of over 30 years and two lovely daughters, one a writer, dancer, and wellness enthusiast and the other is a teenage photographer and graphic designer.
